ABOUT US.
Music comes first
We believe the best classical recordings should sound natural and convincing.
Our recording approach is tailored to the instruments, repertoire and acoustic environment, using carefully selected microphones and recording techniques to preserve the detail, dynamics and atmosphere of the performance.
From the intimacy of a solo instrument to the scale of an orchestra, our focus remains the same: serving the music.
Recording services
Soloists & Recitals
Professional location recordings for pianists, string players, vocalists and other classical instrumentalists. Suitable for auditions, competitions, promotional material and personal archives.
Chamber Music
Recordings for string quartets, piano trios, duos and other chamber ensembles, capturing the natural interaction, balance and musical character of the group.
Orchestras & Concerts
Location recording for chamber orchestras, symphony orchestras and concert organisations, using microphone arrangements appropriate to the ensemble and venue.
Piano Recording
Carefully planned stereo recordings of solo piano and piano-led chamber music, with particular attention to tone, dynamics, imaging and room acoustics.
Performance films
Sometimes music deserves to be seen as well as heard.
Alongside our audio recording services, we offer cinematic multicamera filming for recitals, chamber performances and concerts.
By combining professional audio recording with thoughtfully composed imagery, we create performance films that musicians can share with audiences, promoters and collaborators.
Filming is available as an optional addition to our recording services.
Our approach
Every project begins with a conversation.
We discuss your music, the venue, the instruments involved and how you intend to use the finished recording.
We then plan the microphone arrangements, recording equipment and, where required, camera positions to suit the performance.
Our aim is to work discreetly and efficiently, allowing musicians to concentrate on their music.
Following the session, recordings are carefully edited and prepared for the agreed final delivery.
